It would make it so that throwing raves in public places (such as Cow Palace, LA Coliseum, etc) would be illegal in California. It is probably a reaction to the deaths and injuries that happened this past year at etd. Pop and EDC, two humongo massives that happen every year.  A bunch of ravers I know are getting all worked up about it, but I wonder how many of these guys have actually read this...

Watched Black Swan and Tron today. Black Swan was hella tight! I actually fell asleep during Tron, though. @___@ Sorry!
